Project Managers are responsible for multiple commercial construction projects at a time. They are responsible for the coordination of all parties involved in the project from start to finish. This includes architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, laborers etc. As well as ensuring that all construction activities progress according to the project schedule while maintaining accurate records and managing the project budget.

Safety Manager

The Safety Representative will support all safety functions of the corporation in accordance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, company policies and objectives. 

• Conducts safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow up assessments.
• Plans, implements, and conducts preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs.
• Plans, implements, manages, and maintains comprehensive environmental safety & health programs on premises or at project site locations.
• Provides project management team with guidance on health and safety and confirm project site fulfills industry, local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborates with management to develop an Emergency Action Plan and serve as primary contact for project site injury and incident notification, investigation, and case management. Maintains a written log of safety inspection activities, reports, and correspondence.

Work Hours

• 40-50 Hrs/wk
• On Call

This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Hours of work are as determined by position supervisor. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
