Wolf Safety Officer Saves Woman Trapped in River
This afternoon, Wolf Safety Representative Chad Shafstall was able to save a life of a 30-year old woman.
Chad was on his lunchbreak down by the Kansas River when he heard a woman in distress. When he found her, she was crying for help while clinging onto a tree branch in neck-deep and fast-moving water. Chad did not hesitate to help as his training and experience kicked in. After calling 911 and informing them of the situation, Chad jumped into action risking his own safety to save the woman.
Wolf would like to praise Chad Shafstall for his quick thinking and his heroism. Great job Chad!
