This building is used for Research and Development. This building represents the only dedicated facility in the country that tests deficiencies in railway products. Many Topeka subcontractors were employed for the interior finish and environmental controls work for this building. Wolf Construction acted as Construction Manager and supervised the design and construction, including self-performance of 60% of the project.
